Innovation Hall Makerspace
Housed in Innovation Hall, the approximately 100,000-square-foot and newest building on the IUPUI campus, the makerspace suite includes: 1) a collaboration studio, 2) an electronics fabrication and testing lab, 3) a wet lab, a 4) wood shop and 5) a machine shop. The space is in place to enhance the undergraduate experience by providing students and faculty with resources to support coursework, education, and advanced training, as well as student research and their pursuit in innovative and entrepreneurial projects as early as freshman year. Key equipment and capabilities within these five subspaces, all within the MakerSpace (Room IO 115), are detailed below.
