Interests

I apply non-invasive and non-destructive imaging techniques to assess tissue-level mechanisms responsible for disease onset and their response to therapeutic intervention. My work focuses on uncovering mechanisms associated with bone matrix water loss and identifying interventions to efficaciously normalize hydration and improve bone material properties.
