Biography

Brandon Sorge is an Associate Professor of STEM Education Research and co-Chair of Graduate Programs in the Department of Technology Leadership and Communication in the Purdue School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI. He is also the Associate Director of the STEM Education Innovation and Research Institute at IUPUI. Before coming to IUPUI, Brandon was the Managing Director of the Indiana STEM Resource Network.

Brandon’s research is focused on developing a more STEM literate and civically minded workforce as well as developing a more diverse STEM workforce. Since coming to IUPUI, he has been or is currently involved in over $6 million in NSF funding for his research and has supported numerous graduate students.  His work spans both PK-12 educational research as well as DBER.
