Sheetal is currently a sophomore in the Biomedical Engineering program at Purdue’s School of Engineering and Technology at IUPUI, with plans for medical school upon graduation. She maintains a 4.0 GPA in one of the most rigorous engineering program at IUPUI.

Prasanna is also an active volunteer in her community and on the IUPUI campus. She is a member and volunteer at Timmy Global Health, a not-for-profit that expands access to healthcare and empowers students and volunteers to tackle today’s global health challenges. She also volunteers her time at a free student-run clinic run by IUPUI, Butler, and IU students. She is also a campus mentor who helps first year students become acclimated to college life.
