Mr. Elliott was specifically cited for his work in bringing authentic real-world experiences into the classroom and attempting to engage students in projects at all levels of their undergraduate education. "I'm very honored and grateful for this opportunity. I just really want my students to be energized while they are in class, and I want them to take what they've learned and use that figure out how everything works," he said.
