Organizational Leadership (OL) offers students with a 3.2 overall GPA (after earning ~75 credit hours) an option to apply to the accelerated BS/MS to save money and time while enhancing educational and career prospects. 

In this program, you will complete the first three years of undergraduate degree requirements (about 90 credit hours), take both undergraduate and graduate courses in the fourth year (an additional 30 credit hours), and finish the master’s degree graduate courses in the fifth year of study (at least 141 credit hours).

You may apply to be awarded the bachelor's degree prior to completing the graduate degree requirements.
