Graduate Programs in Organizational Leadership (OLS)

The MS Technology program is designed so that people holding a BS degree in a technology discipline or a related area can earn the degree either as a full-time student or as a part-time student working full-time. The program can be completed in three to five semesters, and must be completed within five years. Courses are available in online, hybrid, and face-to-face formats.

While earning the MS in Technology within the TLC Department, you can focus your coursework on Leadership, Human Resource Development, and/or Technical Communication. In addition, you can earn a graduate certificate in Human Resource Development (HRD).

Highlights of the MS in Technology

  • You can complete your degree either as a full-time student or as a part-time student.
  • TLC faculty focus on blending up-to-date theory with realistic, applied practice in leadership, human resource development, and/or technical communication for today's workplace.
  • You may take elective graduate-level courses from other departments and schools at IUPUI that meet your professional, academic or personal needs.

How much will it cost?

Tuition and fees will depend on whether you are an Indiana resident and on how many courses you take at a time.

Midwest Student Exchange Program (MSEP)

Indiana residents pay in-state rates. However, if you are a resident of Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, or Wisconsin, you may qualify for a special tuition rate not available to other out-of-state students.
