Contemporary Problems and Applications in Computer Graphics
CGT 41100/ 3 Cr.
Groups will to identify, design, qualify, manage, create and present a final project relative to existing or emerging issues within applied computer graphics. Activities and experiences will explore related topics such as project planning and management, user expectations, interpersonal communications skills, and quality management. The course concludes with faculty, peers and practicing professionals evaluating oral, written and media presentations of final projects.

At the conclusion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate the knowledge, technical skills, and personal discipline required to work successfully with a client in a team environment to develop and bring an applied project to a successful conclusion for implementation (CGT b & d)
- Explain and demonstrate the importance and prepare necessary documents for a negotiated project (CGT e & f)
- Systematically identify, evaluate, and solve project design and production problems in a team environment (CGT b & d)
- Develop an understanding, and be able to use appropriate technical and business terms in the development of supporting documents (CGT e & f)
- Present your team project in front of an evaluation team at both the "No-Go" and "Completed" stages of the project (CGT f)
